milkycatcom Terms and Condition

Hello all cum friends, actually, milkycatcom has put JP style terms and condition so far, but
recently we changed our style to feature foreign membership and media shipping,
So, we create English style terms and condition for legal compliance.

Surely, it is impossible to create all legal way of terms and condition for french and China,
then for except Japan, we offer English terms and condition currently.

usually, terms and condition of pornsite is definitely too complicated and too much.
but our website has some complaining from too much expecting user for download and HD play not regarding
hosting bandwidth capacity.

if we offer unlimited HD download by current price, nobody can download and see.
porn hosting is still pretty high cost in Japan.
somebody just say to have mirror hosting in US or Eu, but it must be high cost for operations.

from 2015, we switched our website to mobile friendly. now all our membership and VIP even download movies,
are mobile friendly(but it must be not friendly for western users I believe)

some of minor old movies on VIP were converted mp4 mobile format, but quality were 480x640 Digital Video(SDV),
so we don't convert HD pixel. anyway they are so minor, we have never ever been complained.
but we must put some excuse for global compliance.
then we created western style of terms and condition include FAQ.
