Actually, we have unexpecting high traffic in the early morning and noon(japan time)

so we rose basic bandwidth through 24hours.

I don't know the world standard, but I wanna explain japanese particular dedicated server system.

In Japan, the hosting company can keep a plenty of bandwidth and allow porn website,
it is only "2" companies.
then we have no choice.

if we construct private hosting room, we can create it but unstable.
and a few years ago, we rent my friend's company's hosting space by buying the computer.
but it has been arrested by censorship just after we quite the hosting service.

then now I rent a few dedicated servers.

however, hosting company shares their bandwidth to all their server, then
our bandwidth is suddenly stick when a lot of people use the hosting.

it is 23:00-25:00 midnight, then hosting company charges us extra bandwidth fee for these hours.
thats stupid high though I pay,

but new year holidays finished then I rose all basal bandwidth for 24hours,
but I drop 23:00-25:00 high bandwidth to the middle.
then it will be better to enjoy through 24hours but midnight, you will have a possibility of
some difficulty. because the server is inside Japan.

before, I tried to use godaddy server, but it was worse.
the distance of hosting is problem.

in the future, if we have millor cloud hosting in all over the world, we want to switch.
but currently it is fast that we pay extra fee.
