About New Porn shoot prohibitation law(stopping all shoot, or jailed) in Japan, approved June.2022.

New Porn Law
This is storonger than New Porn Rule in 2016. This is the law established in Diet in Japan.
All political party agreed with this so we have no choice to unapprove this suppressive law to crush Jporn industry.

Here is the point

Overview
All Actors/ Actresses must be protected from forced porn filming.
Cosequently they have the rights to cancel shoot and take down titles
after 1 year from the release (2years for first 2years of this law).
Porn makers can't charge any conpensation to this take down request.
(All porn work invests will be gone by their unstable feeling request)
The past titles will be taken down same as new one from working this law.

Restriction
All porn makers must get contract with actress/actors 1 month before the shoot day.
All porn makers must wait to release new titles 4 months after the shoot day.
All porn makers must convince not to perform to actress before shoot
(not to get contract without say 100 of "desisting")
All actress/actors don't need to pay back any fee even the new titles are taken down by
protest for 1year(2years from starting 2years).
All porn makers have to pay a fine under milion dollers or be jailed under 3years if they violate this law.

This is the main statement of this law.

My opinion of purpose
This is the pressure to stop the release flood of porn works so far.
New rule couldn't stop 300 of titles monthly since 2016. still you can find J porn copies on internet.
Politicians want to stop this.
This is religious attack to free creation world too.
Model company is a main target by the feminist, they wanna make model companies bankrupt.
Not only makers, but also background companies ( studio, print, media press, camera, or other supporting industry)
will be gone by this stopping. you can remember what happen after Covid lockdown. this is the same.

Why
Crazy fasists pretending faminst hate porn industry wanna stop all porn still.
They are taliban.
They are lobbying communist still, then they attempt to make stronger law to ban all skin showing work.
Not only all porn expression, but also Gravure, swimwear.

Affect
Porn works can't take shoot after the enforcement(The next day of promulgation),
many shoots will be stopped after July or Aug 2022.
We can't hire any girls/ guys with unstable mind mostly by "financial poverty solution".
we will forsake them.
Model agencies can't get girls without apprication by themselves.
New titles will diasspear(nobody knows what happen)
Actress will disappear(or girls before 2022 will take all works)
Some of underground works (esp uncensored) will disappear.
The copyrights will be free once they take down the titles. porn makers can't send DMCA.
The serious problem is that actress or ators are childish.
Some of idiots request easily to take down and just stealing money from works.
They can pull badger game under this law "LEGALLY".
And idiots have no idea it makes a lot of copies appear on internet without DMCA once they take down.
Already all of actresses are so selfish and childish. they stop the shoot easily like tyrant.
That's why we can't do any new adventure on our works.

Solution
We have been stopping to take fuck scene.
All guys must wear masks not to show their face.
Girls must appear only one. not to take multi girls scene.
We covered all free samples from the website, SNS locked.
We put more of +18 warnings on the site.
We barned out all copies and stopped to downlaod about new titles.
(New streaming can't be copied)

The law recognized porn is filming human sex fim.
Why we put mosaic? because it is an acting, we don't fuck beyond the mosaic.
The law changed this precondition upside down.
