編集をしながら思いついてやるのですが、
スト鯖を使わなくてもオンラインでストリーミングがサクサクになっています。
古いIEや使用されなくなったjsとか、tableタグとか遅延の原因だったので削除しています。
EOL（End of Life)というやつです。長い運営のサイトほどこれで苦しむ。

もともとSEはやっていたから（ほんの数か月の見習いだけれども）
フローチャートの基本は頭に入っており、昔はその図面が部屋一面の模造紙だったから
コンパイルしてエラーをプリントアウトしないと見えない、その
プリントアウトだけで一晩かかるとか、FDに1Mしか入らないから
画像はないのでコードだけ、何枚も用意したり、
ループを構築するだけで大変だったけれども、
今はその模造紙が4つのコマンドになってるから
初歩のSEであればたいていのことはできる。

いろいろなプログラマーの方と話すけど、みんな歴史の長いサイトはどこに
地雷があるかわからないので嫌がる。
保守管理はどのサイトもやりたがらないので、システムを丸ごと新しくする、
ということで対応するので、まったく別のデザインのサイトになり、
DBも移転して新しくなり、変なコーダーが
WPや吊るしのCMS移植して、ハッキングされたりする。

そういうわけで自分でいじるのが速い。
決済処理の大型通信が絡むプログラムはまだやってないけれど
仕様書が固まってれば今までの経験からつなぐのは難しくない。
ただそれだとコーダーの人が泣いてしまうので、発注しようと思っています。

無料のほうは決済UI以外ほとんどいじるところはないけれど
古いタグは見つけたら整理しています。VIPサンプルページも見つけやすくするか

Now, online streaming is snappy and smooth without even needing a dedicated streaming server.
I’m deleting old IE code, unused JS, and table tags—anything causing lag.
This is what we call "EOL" (End of Life) content.
The longer a site has been running, the more it suffers from this "code rot."

I used to be a Systems Engineer (SE)—even if it was just as a beginner for a few months—
so I have the basics of flowcharts ingrained in my head. Back in the day,
those flowcharts covered entire floor on large paper.
You couldn't see errors without compiling and printing them out, which could take all night.
Floppy disks only held 1MB—no images, just code—so we needed stacks of them.
Even building a simple loop was a struggle. But now, that "wall of paper" is just four commands.
Even a beginner SE can handle most things today.

I talk to various programmers, and they all hate touching long life sites because they never know where the "landmines" are hidden. No one wants to do maintenance,
so they usually suggest rebuilding the whole system.
This results in a totally different design and a database migration. Then, some sketchy coder ports it to WordPress or an off-the-shelf CMS, and it ends up getting hacked.

That's why it's faster to do it myself.

I haven't touched the heavy communication programming for payment processing yet,
but with solid specs, my experience tells me it wouldn't be hard to connect.
However, if I do everything, my professional coder friend might cry, so I plan to outsource that part.

On the free site, there isn't much to tweak other than the payment UI,
but I clean up old tags whenever I find them.
I’m also thinking about making the VIP sample page easier to find.
