自動化作業完了/Coding work is finished

Hi there!
I’ve been busy writing new code and building programs. A
lot of the site's code was getting old, so I’ve updated it to a newer system.
Because this website is huge and has been around for a long time,
I wasn't able to check every single path. If you spot any bugs, please let me know!
The best news is that my new system automates updates.
No more manual work, no copy-paste errors, and no forgetting to upload files. Now I can focus on the content!

あらゆる更新用html作業が完全自動化しました。1月の繰り越し作業もすべて不要。
私が説明テキストを入れれば全体に自動反映。修正したければ実行すれば自動上書き
万一更新失敗ならメール通知で知らせてくれる
これで作業はメインの画像とコンテンツ本編だけ作ればいいようになりました。
SNS動画のediterがないので、自分でAiつなげるサンプルエディターを作りました。
APIでガチAiをつないでいます。と言ってもサンプルより総集編のような長いもののほうが
効くようです。

OpenAiのLLMが5000Bとか、10000Bを目指しているようで
データセンターを作ってそこにRTXみたいなのを何枚も入れている、みたいな話なので
アメリカの電気代基本料金が軒並み上がってしまうくらいの電気を食ってます。
家でローカルLLMを立てれば万事解決、とはいかない。
先日CloudflareのCDN障害でGAFA全オチが見られましたが
世界中からあのデータセンターにアクセスするので、CDNがないととても間に合わないのでしょう。
AWS、CDNはじめ、名だたるクラウドは全部使われていると見ます。

Aiとつければなんでも商売になりそうな気配ですが
ローカルAiワークステーションを売りつける詐欺が増えそうです。
100万200万でAiワークステーション作っても全然お話にならないですよ。
ローカル用LLMは非脱獄仕様でもかなり性能が落ちるので、
GPT-4軽量版やgemma-miniが使えればいいところ
なので私はAPIでシーン検出を大まかにやらせる、というところで止めました。
画像送るとそもそも検証しない。
ローカルでやらせようと組んでみたら、ローカル用APIを持つ別のUIを構築しないといけない
それが脱獄LLMを持っているかはわからないので、そこまでvenv地獄で遊んでいる暇があったら
今あるAPIですぐ使えるサンプラーソフトを作ったというわけ
プロンプトを補助入力できる仕様にしてるのですがいまいち効きがわからないから
pythonのほうに親プロンプトを投げていて、そこのいじり方で変わるかな？
くらいには考えているのですが、今は使い勝手を検証中。
サムネイルも自由に出せるので、VIPクリップのサムネ生成がとても簡単になります。
今まではソフト立ち上げてクリップをスライドさせて、何枚かキャプチャしてそれを選んでいたのですが
それが自動になった。さらにAi判定もついた。
ただ使うには編集しないといけないから、編集をしています。

ひさびさのものすごいマニア素人さんが来たので、これも順次更新に入れます。

I’ve revamped most of the code. While I was at it,
I implemented a fully automated update program that includes functions for
annual rollover and automatic log deletion;
the HTML work that employees used to do has dropped to zero.

Preview thumbnails are now automatically selected and generated.
Every single aspect of update HTML work has been completely automated.
The rollover work usually done in January is no longer necessary at all.
All I have to do is input the explanatory text, and it is automatically reflected across the board.
If I need to make corrections, I just run the program, and it overwrites everything automatically.
Now, I only need to work for create the info image and the actual content itself.

Since there wasn't a decent SNS editor available, I built a sample editor myself that connects to AI.
I’ve hooked it up to a proper, high-powered AI via API.
That said, it seems to work better on long-form content, like compilations, rather than short samples.

they probably can't keep up with the load. AWS, CDNs, and all the famous clouds are likely being utilized to their limit.

It feels like anything with "AI" attached to the name will sell right now,
but I expect an increase in scams selling "Local AI Workstations."
Building an AI workstation for 1 or 2 million yen won't get you anywhere near a usable level.
Local LLMs suffer a significant performance drop if they aren't the "jailbroken" specification.
If you can use a lightweight GPT-4 or gemma-mini, that's about as good as it gets.
So, I stopped there and decided to just let the API handle rough scene detection.
If you send an image, it doesn't verify it [for censorship] anyway.
When I tried to build it to run locally, I realized I'd have to construct a separate UI with a local API.
I don't know if there is a jailbroken LLM for that,
and I didn't have time to play around in "venv hell,"
so I built sampler software that can be used immediately with existing APIs.
I designed it to allow auxiliary input for prompts, but I'm not sure how effective it is yet.
I'm throwing a parent prompt to the Python side,
thinking maybe tweaking it there will change things? I'm currently verifying the usability.

I can also generate thumbnails freely, which makes creating thumbnails for VIP clips very easy.
Until now, I had to launch the software, slide through the clip,
capture several frames, and choose one.
Now, it's automatic. It even has AI judgment attached. However, to use it,

I have to edit, so I am currently doing editing work.
