この辺は問題が大きくて苦慮しているのですが
販売する商品に新作がないというジレンマ。
出してもいいが、壊滅的に売れないのは明らかで、理由もはっきりしているので
あえて損をしてまで発売する意味が感じられない。
女優も制作もみんなこの本質がわかってないので、
一部同人が億を売り上げる事態になっている
女優やイケメン男優が同人に大量流出して、団体が文句を言ったとしても、
団体の後ろ盾メーカーに報復的に集団取り下げをかけたら大損害なので
団体は無力になってしまう。
結局みんなお金が稼げるから脱ぐわけで。
団体が月200万くれるならいうことを聞くのかもしれない
団体は制作や男優には強く出る。
おかしい。
なぜ新規制以降の商品はほとんど売れないのか
なぜDVDショップに人が行かなくなったのか
痛いほどわかります・・・
業界が保身に走りすぎて壊れているからです・・・
どんなに規制しようともAV新法は変わらない変えられない。
団体のプライドは問題でなく、

米国クレカはもう信用がないので、JCB作るか
脱クレカ（ビットキャッシュメンバー）してください。
私も今や購入の8割以上がヤフショ、飲食店でペイペイでございます。
クレカの案内は来るが全部ごみ箱に捨てています。
世界全体で掛け払いに対して厳しくなっているのがあるのかもしれない。
それぐらい問題が大きくなってる、主にアメリカでは
なんでもクレカで買うのでインフレもあり、個人破産が増えているから、
その辺もありそう。
トランプがEUに攻撃的なので、EUも1990ごろのようにクレカが使える店が
減るのかもしれない。当時はアメックスとトーマスクックのトラベラーズチェックをいちいち
銀行にもっていって現金に換えていた。VISAはブランドショップか飲食店でしか使えず
トーマスクックは町中にほとんどないので、アメのチェックを使い
それでも銀行で嫌な顔されて交換できない！と嫌がらせされるので、
アメックスの指定窓口に行っていた。

そもそもそれぐらいアメリカと欧州は仲が悪いので、
第二次大戦で参戦したのはそもそも奇跡的だった
多分ロシアが敵だったら日露戦争のように参戦しなかった。
赤とは仲が悪いが、アメリカとロシアは結構仲が良いのは欧州との対立が理由。

なので、今までのように欧米ブランドが日本のアダルトサイトで使えていたことが
むしろ珍しいと思ってください。中国観光旅行と一緒です。
中国も上海北京香港はいけるが、内陸の西安や黄山はなかなか行けない。
三国志マニアにはいまだに苦行です。

We are struggling with massive issues in this area.
The dilemma is that we have no new products to sell. I could release something, but it’s obvious it would fail catastrophically. The reasons are clear, so I see no point in releasing something just to take a loss.

Neither the actresses nor the production staff seem to grasp the essence of the problem, which is why some doujin (indie) creators are now seeing sales in the hundreds of millions of yen. If actresses and popular male actors migrate to the doujin scene in droves, industry organizations might complain—but if those creators retaliate by collectively pulling their titles from the manufacturers backing those organizations, the damage would be fatal. This renders the organizations powerless.

Ultimately, people strip because they can make money. If the organizations paid them 2 million yen a month, they might listen, but they don’t. Instead, these organizations only act tough toward production staff and male actors. It’s absurd.

I understand painfully well:

Why products released under the new regulations barely sell.

Why people have stopped going to DVD shops.

It’s because the industry has broken itself by being too focused on self-protection.

No matter how much we regulate, the "AV New Law" (AV Act) isn’t going to change. This isn't about an organization's pride; it's because, in the eyes of the State, this industry is viewed as something that shouldn't even exist. Those who get it, know.

Retailers want news, but they don't want new products that won't sell. That’s why we have nothing for them. We could release via FCD and we could arguably manage a release. We could also do a DMCR, but the price would be quite high. And if we did, I’d just get flooded with emails saying, "I can't buy it! My credit card was declined!"

It isn’t our fault... take it up with the card issuer.

U.S. credit cards are no longer reliable. People should get a JCB card or move away from credit entirely (using Crypto / BitCash, etc.). Personally, over 80% of my purchases are now via Yahoo Shopping or using PayPay at restaurants. I get credit card offers in the mail and throw them straight in the trash.

There might be a global tightening of credit. The problem has grown that large, especially in the U.S. People buy everything on credit, and with inflation, personal bankruptcies are rising. That’s likely a factor.

With Trump being aggressive toward the EU, we might see a decrease in shops that accept credit cards in Europe, similar to the 1990s. Back then, you had to take Amex or Thomas Cook traveler's checks to a bank to get cash. VISA was only for brand-name shops or restaurants. Thomas Cook offices were rare, so you used Amex checks, and even then, banks would give you a hard time and refuse to exchange them. I used to have to go to specific Amex counters.

The animosity between the U.S. and Europe is deep-seated; their cooperation in WWII was a miracle. If Russia had been the primary enemy, the U.S. might not have joined, much like the Russo-Japanese War. While they dislike "Reds," , but US and Russia has historically been somewhat close due to their mutual friction with Europe.

So, consider the fact that Western credit cards ever worked on Japanese adult sites to be an anomaly. It’s like traveling in China. Shanghai, Beijing, and Hong Kong are accessible, but inland areas like Xi'an or Huangshan are difficult. For Romance of the Three Kingdoms fans, it's still a struggle. China has historically been "closed" longer than it has been "open," so you have to go when the window is open.

When you go there, you realize just how massive the population is. I knew that if those people started coming to the cramped streets of Tokyo or Osaka, we’d face "over-tourism." Shanghai is incredible—though, for some reason, the museums are always empty.

With the possibility of a Taiwan invasion looming, I want to go see the "Heirloom Seal of the Realm(The first stamp created by the first emperor)" and the Kuai Xue Shi Qing (Timely Clearing After Snowfall) calligraphy before it's too late.
