再エンコして動画メンテ/Streaming and Movies were refined

Hello!
We started updating our website system back in November.
We swapped out the streaming player—basically moving from a rigid third-party system to our own in-house setup.
Since our servers don’t really have storage limits, we were able to bump up the bitrate,
clean up old links and code, and refresh everything.
It was pretty tough, though, because we were doing a lot of maintenance at the same time as development.

認証システムも試行錯誤してまた変えたり、こちらの理解も進めながらいろいろ
やっています。
サイトの全貌を理解する人がもういないので、点検もやれてよかった。
古い動画で、windowsXP時代の編集ソフトや初期の編集ソフトでもうプロジェクトも
開けない古いものは、入れ替えてないです。そもそも480pで変わらない。
人気のありそうなもの（過去に数字の取れたものやインプレッションの多いもの）
は4Kに上げたりしています。
AVの市場全体として、古いものをいつまでも上げるなという圧力が
かかりやすいので、リクエストもない古いものを何度もリフレッシュしてあげるのは
人気のあるものに限るということで

字幕のソフトアップデートが進化して、いろいろ組み合わせて速くなったので
繫体中国語を入れました。
簡体でないのは私読めないので確認しづらいのと
中国本土は基本決済ブロックされているので
ブロックされていない台湾向けにしています。
購入できない人向けに作るのは意味がない
繫体中国語を話す人は、世界で意外に多いらしい。

資源価格が高騰しているのは昨今の歴史ではないことなので
しきりとリーマンショックのような崩壊が来るのでは？と聞かれているのですが
まだバブルは始まったばかりでこれからが本番です、と答えています。
コロナ以降世界は異常事態です。
そんな中でAVが制限を受けていることは非常に残念で
せめて決済だけでもと思い、ビットキャッシュ継続を作っているのですが
仕様書が一枚きり、モデルもサンプルもなし、パラメーターも表しかない
ので、しばし時間がかかりそうです。
クレカは復旧の話もあるのですが、条件がどんどん悪くなっているので
いうと面倒なので言えないがあまりにもひどい扱い。
だから気が進まないので、飛びつくのやめてます。

デリヘルミルキーの問い合わせがだんだん増えてきて、助かっています。
私はそんなに儲かりませんが。
法務プラットフォーム的な感じなので、うちがなければ立ちんぼになってしまう。
プラットフォームで売れるモノプレイヤーが同人AVで一億だ5億だと言っているが
どこまで本当かわからない。
話半分で一億としても、その辺のメーカーよりはるかに大きな規模になっている
個人でそこまでマルチで売るというのは考えづらいので
やり方次第ということかもしれないが
どこかでグレーを超えないとそういうところには
行けないのがこの業界の鉄則です。その先には摘発と規制がある
ただし同人AVを適正AVが上から目線で排除するのではなく
歴史上なぞってきたように、同人AVが適正AVを破壊していく
という感じになりそうです。
なにしろ適正AVのよって立つDVD販売店が総崩れ状態です
どこかで雪崩を打って同人AVが全盛になるのか
政府が規制をかけるのか、わかりませんが
不特定多数を集める現場を組めるのはもううちだけなので
よろしくお願いします。
なにしろ今はザーメン物が皆無なので、
3回とか4回とか撮って仕込まないと女優が育たない
今年は決済止まりませんように・・・

We’ve also been going back and forth with the authentication system, changing things as we test and learn more along the way.
Honestly, it was good timing to do a full check, since no one really understands the entire site structure anymore.

As for older videos, anything that was edited back in the Windows XP era or with very early editing software—where the original project files can’t even be opened anymore—we haven’t replaced those. Most of them are only 480p anyway, so upgrading them wouldn’t really make much difference.

That said, videos that seem more popular—ones that performed well in the past or had a lot of impressions—are being upgraded to 4K.
Across the AV industry, there’s growing pressure not to keep uploading old content forever, so we’re only refreshing older titles when they clearly still have demand.

Subtitle tools have improved a lot recently, and with better workflows we can work much faster now
That’s why we added Traditional Chinese subtitles.

I don’t use Simplified Chinese myself, so it’s harder for me to review, and mainland China is basically blocked from making payments anyway.
We’re focusing on Taiwan instead, where payments aren’t blocked.
There’s no point in creating content for people who can’t actually buy it.

Also, there are surprisingly many Traditional Chinese speakers around the world.

With resource prices rising so sharply—something we haven’t really seen in modern history—I often get asked whether a collapse like the Lehman shock is coming.

My answer is usually: the bubble has only just started, and the real phase is still ahead.

The world has been in an abnormal state since COVID.

In that context, it’s really frustrating to see the AV industry facing so many restrictions.

At the very least, I want to keep payment options alive, which is why I’m working on BitCash recurring payments.

But the documentation is basically just a single page—no models, no samples, only a parameter list—so it’s going to take some time.

There are talks about credit card payments coming back, but the conditions keep getting worse.

I won’t go into details, but the treatment is honestly pretty awful.

That’s why I’m not rushing to jump back in.

On a positive note, inquiries for Delivery Health Milky have been steadily increasing, which really helps.
I don’t make much money from it myself, but it works more like a legal-support platform.
Without something like this, some people would end up having no choice but street work.

You hear stories about individual creators in the doujin AV space making 100 million or even 500 million yen on platforms, but it’s hard to know how much of that is true.

Even if we assume just 100 million, that’s already larger than many traditional studios.

It’s hard to imagine one person selling at that scale across multiple channels unless they’re doing something very specific.

In this industry, though, it’s almost a rule that to reach that level, you have to cross into gray areas at some point—and beyond that come enforcement and regulation.

Instead of “proper” AV pushing doujin AV out from above, it feels more like doujin AV is going to dismantle traditional AV from below, just like it has historically.

DVD-based AV retail is basically collapsing across the board.

Whether doujin AV becomes dominant through a sudden shift, or whether the government steps in with tighter regulation, nobody really knows.

At this point, we’re basically the only ones who can still organize on-site operations that bring in large, undefined audiences.

So we appreciate your continued support.

And honestly, semen-focused content is extremely rare right now.

Actresses don’t develop properly unless you shoot three or four times and really build things up.

Hopefully, payments won’t get cut off this year…
