設計開始から2か月かかりました。
なにしろテストプログラムも何もない、仕様書が一枚の状態で、数年放置していたけど
優秀なプログラマーがたまたまビットキャッシュ継続払いをほかで触った直後だったので
開発が早かった。
ビットキャッシュメンバーの豊富なポイントサービスが使えます。
dポイントにも変えられるんですね。Alipayまで使える。

もともとビットキャッシュ継続は月額にどのように導入するかが問題で、
通常会員継続、VIP継続、VIPセット継続、どのプランで、果たして
ビットキャッシュメンバーズがどれくらいいるか
わからないことだらけだったので、
仕様もこんがらがっておかしくなるので、通常会員だけに導入しました。

しかしこのシステムでビットキャッシュを介せば、決済方法に制限がなくなりました。

年末年始はどこもバタバタなので、私は導入設計をじっくりやって、年明けから
具体的な導入スクリプトを打ち合わせして、あとは仕様書を見つつお願いしたら
何とかできた。管理ファイルも以前のが分散しててプログラマー氏は触りづらい、で
どうせ新造したいといわれるだろうから、一部にphpが使われている現在の
プログラムは使わないようにしたい、と提案したら、専用管理画面まで作ってくれた。
かなりプログラムファイルが多いので「できました」と投げられてテストが完了するまで
まる一日かかり、画面はHTMLやJSなので自動生成にして、既存の管理ファイルに
反映するようスクリプトを調整したりPHPと整合性を取ったりして、
稼働しました。

VIP動画のお気に入りリスト機能、IDが変わると消えてしまう弱点があったから
今までMasterとJCBの人しか使えなかったのを
ビットキャッシュメンバーズで決済すればどんな決済方法も使えるし、
VIPの入退会をしてもIDが変わらないので、お気に入り動画リストがずっと保存される
ビットキャッシュ残高不足で月額退会にならなければ、大丈夫。
この残高不足からの復帰プランも考えたのですが、どういう使い方をするか
匿名ゆえにまったく読めないので、今回は残高不足で自動退会にしています。
まず運用して、使い勝手のリアクションが来たら仕様変更できるから。
この辺がプログラム組める技術系メーカーの強みです（笑）
そもそもAV専業では今の時代、社会で生きていけないので、
ITや一般サイト業務は必要だし、電気技術は次世代の業務になりえるから
常に触っています。そもそも専門家になれば維持コストがかからない。
どんどん固定費が安くなり、スト鯖も自社に移転。
決済関連や大きめのプログラムは外部の凄腕に頼むと
私は夜は編集、昼はデリミルや電気おやじとか、一人4役くらいやっています。

11か月で電験三種一発合格したらだれも何も言わなくなった。
いつ専任やるんですかと答えづらいことを聞かれる（苦笑

専任は拘束が大変だから、機材覚えて試験位はやろうと思うのですが
低圧端子盤の絶縁経路くらいは見ただけで読めるので、DGRくらいはやれないとなと
P1P2つないで仮想V結線を作ってSとTを計測して。。。
ああどんどんAVから離れていく

AVは決済のバックアップがないとまず撮れないので、決済周りの安定を作らないといけないが
うちでも2か月かかっているから、完全外注だともっとかかるでしょう。
そもそも決済審査も通らない。
相変わらず取り下げる、覚悟のない人が後を絶たないようで
どのメーカーも頻繁には撮りたくても撮れない。同人や着エロは増えてるようです。

同人が一大市場になっているが、同人が妬み？で敵視され、規制されても
さらにFANZA独占が進むだけでどっちもダメではないか？
と思いますが

買春処罰法も不穏な影響を与えかねないので、
たまきんがまた思い出したかのようにAV新法に言及しだしたから
総理大臣の考え一つで変わる可能性は高くなった
以前は野党が多かったので全会一致の変更は不可能だった

期待しても今は何も変わらないので、せこせこできることをやりますが
撮影については商業も同人化で、売れる女優は凝った仕込みで特定のメーカーが
専属で独占してしまい、フェチマニア系には来てくれない

安定で信用できる人だけで楽しみながらAV未満な作品を撮ってる、
という感じです。鼻フェチなんかはそうかもしれない。
うちも本番はウリではないので、トークとかライブとか増やしたい。

外部の一見さんは生半可な気持ちでは、AV男優志望しても、返事すらもらえないでしょう。

モニターが4Kになったので、いろいろ新しいことが分かった。

a project I started back around Christmas—is finally live.
From initial design to full operation, the process took about two months.

To be honest, the project had been sitting on the shelf for years with nothing but a single-page specification sheet and zero test programs. However, I got lucky: I found a brilliant programmer who had just finished working on BitCash recurring payments for another project. Because the logic was fresh in his mind, development moved much faster than expected.

The Power of BitCash Members

By integrating this, we can now tap into the extensive point services offered to BitCash members. You can even exchange points for d-points or use Alipay.

The main hurdle was deciding how to implement this into our monthly plans. Between Standard, VIP, and VIP Set plans, I wasn't sure how many BitCash members we actually had, and trying to cover everything would have made the specs a mess. For now, I’ve kept it simple by introducing it to Standard Members only.

The big win here? By using BitCash as a gateway, we’ve essentially removed the restrictions on payment methods.

The Development Grind

While the rest of the world was busy with the New Year holidays, I spent my time focused on the implementation design. Once January hit, we hammered out the scripts and worked through the specs.

The previous management files were scattered and difficult to work with, so I suggested we move away from the old PHP-hybrid code. In response, the programmer went above and beyond and built a dedicated management dashboard from scratch.

The system is massive. It took an entire day just to run through the tests after he handed it over. Since the front end uses HTML and JS, I adjusted the scripts to ensure everything synced perfectly with our existing management files and PHP backend.

Solving the "Favorite List" Problem

One major weakness of our VIP video "Favorite List" was that it would disappear if a user's ID changed. Previously, only Mastercard and JCB users could really avoid this.
Now, by paying through BitCash Members:

1. Any payment method can be used.

2. Your ID remains the same even if you cancel and rejoin VIP, meaning your favorites are saved forever.

As long as the account doesn't lapse due to an insufficient balance, you're good. I considered a "recovery plan" for failed balances, but since the service is anonymous, user behavior is hard to predict. For now, it’s set to auto-cancel if funds run out. We can tweak the specs once we see how people use it—that’s the beauty of being a tech-oriented creator.

Survival of the Tech-Savvy

In this day and age, you can't survive solely on adult video (AV) production. You need IT skills, general web business, and—increasingly for me—electrical engineering. Being an expert yourself means zero maintenance costs. Our fixed costs are plummeting, and I’ve even moved our streaming servers in-house.

I leave the heavy payment coding to external geniuses, but otherwise, I’m wearing four hats at once: Editor by night, and "Delivery Mill" / Electrical Guy by day.

Since passing the Third-Class Chief Electrical Engineer (Denken 3) exam on my first try after 11 months of study, the skeptics have gone quiet. Now people just ask the awkward question: "When are you going to start working as a full-time engineer?" (Haha).

Full-time engineering is a huge time commitment, so for now, I’ll stick to learning the gear. I can read insulation paths on low-voltage terminal blocks just by looking at them, so I’d like to at least handle DGR (Directional Ground Relay) testing—measuring S and T by creating virtual V-connections. I feel myself drifting further away from the AV world every day...

The State of the Industry

Without a solid payment backup, you can't shoot AV. Even for us, it took two months to stabilize; if you outsourced that entirely, it would take forever (and most wouldn't pass the payment screening anyway).

There are still too many people entering the industry without "resolve," only to pull out later. Manufacturers can't shoot as often as they’d like, though Doujin (indie) and Chaku-ero (gravure) content seem to be on the rise.

While the Doujin market is huge, there’s a lot of jealousy and regulation. If Doujin gets restricted, it just drives more exclusivity toward platforms like FANZA, which isn't great for anyone. Political shifts, like Tamakinn mentioning the "AV New Law" again, also add uncertainty.

Looking Forward

Since I can't change the industry overnight, I focus on what I can do. Commercial AV is becoming more "Doujin-style"—top actresses are being locked into exclusive deals with specific labels, leaving niche fetish creators in the cold.

Currently, I’m enjoying making "sub-AV" content with stable, trustworthy people. Our focus isn't just on the "action," but on expanding into talk shows and live content.

And a word to the outsiders: if you're thinking of becoming an AV actor with a half-hearted attitude, don't expect a reply.

On a final note, I upgraded my monitor to 4K, and it’s opened my eyes to a lot of new details.
