VIPのポータルもタイトル数を記載したり、年3回のローテーションで非公開にしていた
作品を公開にしたりしています。これストリームやろうとしても、元の動画の編集ソフトが古くて
動画素材をキャプチャからしなおしてモザイクも入れなおしになるかもなので、やってないやつです。

売りがかなり出ています。安くて場所のいいところはだいたい大島てるに載ってます（笑

ウクライナ戦争をやっているので、欧州航路はみんなドバイを経由していたから
そこが閉まったのでまず欧州が減便
欧州は原油の備蓄がほとんどないしガスもロシアが止めたのでなにもない。
欧州は容赦がないので補助も何もなく、今ガソリン500円/Ｌの上に在庫なし。
Totalが備蓄した分を高めに売ってるという。
Totalは油田の権益も持ってるので、日本と違う。
日本は権益（商社）、開発（Inpex)、精製販売（エネオスとか）に別れてます
複雑なのですが、商社を買うと食料とか、中東、南米、アフリカとか得意分野でいろいろ
わかれるので、原油高だから何買うか、っていうのが難しい。

エネオスは千葉の製油所と、根岸の製油所が有名ですが
根岸の製油所、一回入ったことあるんですが、私はエネオスに投資したくない感じです。
作業にあまりにも無駄が多すぎる。まさに挨拶に半日かかります。
あそこまで段取りの先が見えないのは松本現場以来かもしれない。

ホルムズはそんなに長くは閉まらないと思っているのですが
完全な停止は歴史上初めて、さらにホルムズが開いても供給は少ないので
石油ショックとしては最大最強になるとみています。ただし長くない。
日本だけ特別早く復活します。
中東は日本がいないと困るので。

日本下げが最近多いのですが、AV新法もそうだけど政治の責任でしょう。
政府が日本が実は世界を支配していることにあまり気づいてない。
AVもそうなんですが、あの体たらくですから、AIも同じでしょう。
AV新法のおかしさは今でもよく取り上げられるので、
関心が高まるのはいいことだと思っています。

規制団体は独占しようとルールをいっぱい出してくるのですが
そのルールだと制作ができない会社がそろそろ出てきています。
中規模のレーベルは解散してしまうこともある。
決済やITが弱くて、fanzaでしか販売できないのにfanzaでかわいがられてない外様とかです。

女優さんがどう思うかはわからない部分が多いのですが
AV女優になる経路もスカウトがなくなってほぼないので、
私のところにまで風俗紹介してくださいと女性が来る有様。
デリミルならやるのですが、毎日やらないといけないのでソープで、とか
言われると、うちはソープはできないので、別の経路を紹介してあげるくらい。
つまり、稼ごうと思ってAVやろうと思うわけで、

手っ取り早く稼ぐ、という目的が今はほんとにないです。
キャバクラはそもそも客が減ってますから、もうかったもうかったと
大きく吹かすところはもう下火だからと思います。
個人で年に5000万稼いだら税金でほとんど飛びますし
申告してても電子調査の対象になります。KSK2になってさらに厳しくなる。

だからガチの人たちで稼いでいると公言できるのは投資家だけです。
20％と決まっているので。

うちはとにかくサイトのメンテをやって、決済経路の確保を進めています。
といってもあまりに条件の悪いところに隷属的に従うと逆に厳しくなるので
注意深く進めないといけない。再開しても止まったら意味がない。
決済の確保はほんとうに地道な作業です。
電話一本で話がつく状態ではない。

男優募集も申し込みはあるのですが、新法での確認事項が多く

発電したり、半導体を作って販売したりはできないことです。
そう考えると、インテルと共同で自分用GPUを生産しようというイーロンさんの
実行力はすごい。なかなか説得できないですよ

私は無人販売店くらいしか思いつかない。
でも実行まで行かない（苦笑

Because of the war in Ukraine, European flights were all rerouted through Dubai. Now that that path is closed,

they have nothing. Europe is ruthless—no subsidies. Gas is now 500 yen/L, and there’s no stock anyway.

it’s fragmented: trading companies hold interests, Inpex handles development,
and companies like ENEOS handle refining and sales.
It’s complicated; if you buy trading company stocks, you have to choose based on their specialty
(food, Middle East, South America, Africa, etc.),
so it’s hard to know what to buy just because oil is up.

ENEOS is famous for its refineries in Chiba and Negishi.
I’ve been inside the Negishi refinery once, and it made me never want to invest in ENEOS.
The amount of wasted effort is staggering. It literally takes half a day just to get through the formalities of a greeting.
I haven't seen such poor project management since the "Matsumoto site" days.

I don’t think the Hormuz Strait will stay closed for long, but a total shutdown is a historical first.
Even once it reopens, supply will be low, so I expect this to be the "strongest" oil shock in history—though brief.
Japan will recover exceptionally fast because the Middle East needs Japan to stay functional.

There’s a lot of "Japan-bashing" lately, but like the AV New Law, it’s a failure of politics.
The government doesn't realize that Japan actually dominates certain global sectors.
They’ve botched the AV industry, and they’ll likely do the same with AI.
However, the absurdity of the AV New Law is still a hot topic, and I think it’s good that public interest is rising.

Regulatory bodies keep creating rules to monopolize the market,
but we’re reaching a point where companies can no longer produce content under those rules.
Mid-sized labels are dissolving. This usually happens to "outsiders"—those with weak IT or
payment processing who rely entirely on FANZA but aren't favored by them.

I’m not sure how the actresses feel, but the "scout" route to becoming an AV actress has vanished.
I even have women coming to me asking for introductions to sex work. If it’s Deli-Milky, I can help,

But if you submit to predatory terms, it just makes things harder,
so I have to proceed carefully.

There’s no point in restarting if you just get shut down again. Securing payments is a real grind.
It’s not something you can fix with one phone call; it’s one step forward, one step back, every day.

We get applications for male actors, but many don't read the requirements regarding the New Law.
To avoid future trouble, I turn them down. Many apply from rural areas, but how can someone from Western Japan come here? I don't get it.
Under the AV New Law, the filming location must be decided at the time of the contract.
While we can go to rural areas, it’s impossible to recruit local actors on the fly anymore.
The contract must be signed 30 days in advance. Please use Deli-Milky instead.

It’s a fact that manufacturers are disappearing. Nowadays,
you can only make small money with "indie" (doujin) personal AVs,
so sites like PornHub won't last in their current form. It’s not like the old days of "Indies Porn Video Shop"
selling indie AV VHS tapes like underground videos; the economy just doesn't circulate.
It’s the same as the music industry—the internet made things too convenient, shrinking the total economic pie.

That said, just as the internet moved from PC modems to smartphone Wi-Fi,
AI is here to stay and will only evolve. The real issue going forward will be: what can/cannot AI do?
Can you use it freely? Can you use it without legal or liability trouble?

Power lines will eventually need to be re-run. Existing copper isn't suited for AI.
The way we handle electricity will change. The value of crude oil will actually rise.

The problem is, even if you know this, you can’t exactly produce crude oil on your balcony,
or generate your own power, or manufacture and sell your own semiconductors. In that sense,
Elon Musk's ability to execute—like partnering with Intel to produce his own GPUs—is incredible.
Most people couldn't pull that off.

The best I can think of is an unmanned retail shop, but I haven't acted on it yet.
Even though there are plenty of vacant storefronts.

Regarding "Bukkake" content, we’re the only ones left in the world who can produce it properly.
I hear bad things about that overseas studio—they are legit [redacted/sketchy].
Now that there's been a change of government in Hungary, I wonder how things will shift.
