1, V pay is back. STD/VIP/PPV in JP, Korea, HongKong, Taiwan from 1st June.
2, PPV V pay will be back soon for all contries(still discussing) maybe 2nd June.
3, 30days VIP set price will rise after launching new pay.
Please understand still VM payment is risky and this is lucky treasure we found over 4years taugh negotiations.
You know still J sites have trouble and C2C fantia and other platform are marked by GOV.
Weak JPY must be charged by foreign pay system we use, but we found not so expensive condition.

ほんとうに久々に女子アルバイトが入りました。
来月あたり公開

タイミングがかぶってしまったのですが
何か月もかけていろいろと交渉して、非常に厳しい壁をひとつづつ突破して、
復旧にこぎつけました。
実はほかの業者でも復旧のお声がけをいただいたのですが
あまりにも条件が悪く、業務としては使い物にならないくらい高いです。
この円安インフレの中、かなり従前に近い条件を見つけるまで大変でした。
そのため都度のVIPセットについては価格を改定します。他はまだ考慮中。
システムの調整が忙しいので始めてから考えます。
ビットキャッシュ定期はあまり使う方がいないので、外します。

新しい業者はVIPの追加決済ができるので、STDとVIPにわけて実装しました。
30日VIPセットの購入は都度で可能です。
STDとVIP追加決済システムはできる業者が長い間おらず、
私自身も7年ぶりくらいに触るので、もう外部の人に教えることすら大変で
私しかわからないからどうしようかと思っていたのですが、
いろいろいじくっていたらできました。
金融と法務とITに強いメーカーはこういうのが楽です。
これは長く使う人がいなかったので、決済ラインやVIPのUIに慣れていただきたいので
当面価格据え置きです。

新しい業者は決済メールとか送らないので、うちの方で入会、継続、キャンセルのメールを送ります。

C2Cのモザイクが薄いのか？あたふたしてるようですが
fans系はそもそもコロナのリモートから始まった新しいスタイルなので
いいかげん規制されるだろうなというサイズのビジネスでした。
私からすれば風営法の届け出まで配信者個人の責任にして（できるわけがない）
手数料だけ取るようなのはかなり問題があるのではと思ってましたが。

ともあれライブやセルフ配信でなければ新法でぐちゃぐちゃになるので
その流れは新法がある限り、変わらないと思います。
Ai動画や画像はおそらくより厳しい規制でなくなるので
実写AVやセルフ配信はいわゆるブルーカラーの一つでAiに食われないと思います
私も情報技術部の仕事はAD制作より長く残るだろうと予想していたのですが
結果はまったく逆で、HTML系や海賊版サイト探索作業も、ほぼ無人で自動化できてしまった。
ただ肝心のお客さまの仕事がAiに食われたらお客様がいなくなるというジレンマがあります
風のうわさで結構有名な女優さんが欧州に渡って再デビューしたとか、
女優さんは出ていける人はどんどん出ていってる感じです。
そりゃ女性は花ですから、咲いてる（世に出るまでの）時間は短いですから。
あれはまことに女性いじめの法律だと思います。
海外に出た女優さんはリージョンブロックしてるからよほど売れない限り日本からは見れないでしょう。

うちのAVの仕事はSEやマネージメント作業が多く、今や仕事は電気の保安関連が多い。
夏は暑く冬は寒いですが、春と秋はとても気分がいい仕事です。
サラリーマンのうつ病は、ブルーカラーでしばらく働いたらなくなるんじゃないでしょうか？
外仕事はAVの現場と同じで弁当が出るのですが、GW中の恒例の仕事では
私は一人で緑を見ながら弁当を食べるのが楽しみで
AVでは今はできなくなったスタイルなのでとても新鮮。
2005年くらいまでは山梨や神奈川の山奥や海外での単体の泊まりの撮影が結構あり
スタジオのきれいな庭を見ながらランチをして絡み、夕食の後絡み、など
とても楽しい撮影があったが、今は新法でできません。
SNSで場所が話題になったら写りこんだ店やホテルから苦情来て終わるくらいの勢いです。
SNSで話題になるたび、許可必須の流れが強まり、もう無理です。
映画やTVならともかく、AVでは許可は下りようがないので、
許可をマストにされたらもはや屋外やロケは気軽に撮れない。

とはいえ、誰も風景は見てないかもしれないので、うちのようなスタイルだと
あまり関係ない。
毎回同じ感じの風景なので変わり映えがしないだけ。

つなぎを買おうと思ったら水の値段が倍になっていた
制作も今までのように豪華な弁当は出せなくなるのかもしれない。
DVDは昨年問屋が2つ倒産、残る映天も音信不通、映天の関連だった
上野のおもちゃの問屋は電話がコールするだけで無人の模様

DVDもそうなのですが、映画も2時間の尺の映画を映画館で見るのがおっくうで
若者はわからないが、そんなに集中できない。
1.5倍速で見ているので、映像の価値は時間から瞬間になりつつある気がするが
いったいなぜ映像を作るのか？という根本から発明しなおさないといけない
時期に来た気がします。

they were practically unusable for our business. In this current environment of yen depreciation and inflation,
it was really tough to find conditions close to what we had before.

Because of this, we will be revising the prices for the VIP sets purchased on a per-use basis.
Other adjustments are still under consideration. Since we're busy with system adjustments,
we'll think about it more after we start.

We’ll probably remove the BitCash subscription option for a while since not many people use it.

The new provider allows additional VIP payments, so we’ve implemented the system separating STD and VIP.

You can purchase the 30-day VIP set on a per-use basis.

There haven’t been many providers capable of handling STD and VIP additional payment systems for a long time.

This is the first time in about 7 years that I’ve dealt with it myself, so even teaching someone else was difficult.
I was wondering what to do since only I understood it, but after tinkering around, I managed to make it work.

Manufacturers that are strong in finance, legal, and IT find this kind of thing much easier.

The new provider has a very thick line — it’s actually one level above the proxy providers

— so they don’t send payment confirmation emails themselves. We’ll be handling the welcome, renewal,
and cancellation emails on our end.

Is the C2C mosaic getting thinner? It seems like they’re panicking, but fans sites and similar platforms
started as a new remote-work style during COVID, so they were always at a size that was bound to get regulated eventually.

From my perspective, I think it’s quite problematic to make individual performers responsible for filing under
the Adult Entertainment Business Regulation Law (which is basically impossible) while the platforms just take their fees.

In any case, unless it’s live or self-filmed, things will get messy under the new law.
I think that flow won’t change as long as the new law exists.

AI videos and images will likely face even stricter regulations and may disappear.
I believe real-person AV and self-filmed content will remain as one of the “blue-collar” jobs that won’t be replaced by AI.

I used to think my work in the information technology department would last longer than AD production work,
but the result was completely the opposite. Even HTML-related tasks and
pirate investigation work have become almost fully automated with no human involvement.

The dilemma, however, is that if our customers’ work gets eaten by AI, then our customers will disappear.

I’ve heard rumors that quite a few famous actresses have gone to Europe for a second debut.
It feels like the actresses who can leave are leaving one after another.

That makes sense — women are like flowers. The time they’re blooming (from debut until they fade) is short.

I genuinely think this is a law that oppresses women.

The actresses who went overseas have region blocks in place, so unless they’re extremely popular,
people in Japan won’t be able to see them.

Our AV work mostly consists of SE (system engineering) and management tasks these days.

Lately, a lot of the work is related to electrical safety and maintenance. It’s hot in summer and cold in winter,
but spring and autumn are really pleasant.

I wonder if a salaryman’s depression would disappear if they worked in blue-collar jobs for a while?

Outdoor work is the same as AV shoots in that they provide boxed lunches. During the regular GW (Golden Week) job,
my favorite part is eating lunch alone while looking at the greenery. That style is no longer possible in AV now,
so it feels very refreshing.

Until around 2005, there were quite a few single-actress overnight shoots in the mountains of Yamanashi or Kanagawa,
or even overseas. We’d have lunch while looking at the beautiful studio garden, shoot scenes, have dinner,
then shoot more — there were really enjoyable shoots like that. But now it’s impossible under the new law.

If a location gets talked about on SNS, complaints come in from the shops or hotels that appeared in the background,
and it’s over. Every time something trends on SNS, the requirement for permits gets stricter. It’s basically impossible now.

In movies or TV it might be different, but in AV, permits are almost never granted. Once permits become mandatory,
outdoor shoots and location shoots can no longer be done casually.

That said, for our style of content, it might not matter much since nobody’s really watching the scenery anyway.
It’s always the same kind of background, so there’s no freshness.

When I went to buy a connecting hose, the price of water had doubled.
We might not be able to provide the luxurious boxed lunches for production like we used to.

As for DVDs, two wholesalers went bankrupt last year, and the remaining one, Eiten, has gone silent.
The toy wholesaler in Ueno that was related to Eiten seems completely unmanned — the phone just rings endlessly.

Similar to DVDs, young people find it tedious to watch a full 2-hour movie in a theater.
They can’t concentrate that long. They’re watching at 1.5x speed, so the value of video is shifting from “time” to “moments.”
I feel like we’ve reached a point where we have to reinvent from the very basics
— why do we make video content in the first place?
