最近売れたメディアに合わせて作ってみました。
VIPのものも入っています。
VIP限定を通常エリアで5秒くらい見せるのもありかもしれないですが
そのページへのアクセスをどうするかなので、作るとなると大変。

実装するついでにAnalcrusherのシステムで前のコーダーが未完成のまま
放置してた部分を直しました。
Analcrusherで風営法が取れてるので、アナルものじゃなくてもいい別のものにするのもありかもしれない
とにかくあまりに長い間決済が止まっていたので
使っていただかないといけないし
まずDVDがもうだめなので、VIP儲からなければ撮れないし
BDやDVDだしても、データ上はまったく数字が伸びないことが出てしまったので
マニア物はファンサイトでも作れないから、
ほぼなくなりそう。

女優さんの発掘をいよいよやらないといけないのか
この辺も数字でしかないので、数字がないと厳しい。

私は今はAi動画や画像は作ってないです。
アダルトとAi動画や画像は親和性が厳しい。
あの猛烈な拒否反応を知らない人が
思い付きで「AVもすぐAiで作れる時代が来る！」とか
いうのですが、全然反対だと思います。
アダルト関連の動画や画像のAiはほぼ消えていくでしょう。
サービスが現れても、長持ちしないと思います。

うちにはローカルのAiも建ててしまったので、いくらでも作れますが
作る意味がないので作らない。

事実上実写をやめさせようとする規制団体の根回しがひどいので
やる気がかなり落ちています。
なんでも自分で決められるのがAV業界のいいところだったのに
全部なくなっている。
93年ごろの末期な感じが大手で起きています。
一番かわいそうなのはお店だと思いますが
お店には制作への発言権がないですからどうにもならない。

but then I’d have to figure out how to handle access to that page,
which would be a lot of work to implement.

I also got official approval to sell ANC 30-day tickets, so while implementing that,

I fixed the incomplete parts left behind by the previous coder in the Analcrusher system.

Since Analcrusher already has been registered the Adult business domain in police ,
we could even use it for +18 non-anal content if needed.

Anyway, payment has been stopped for far too long, so we really need people to use it.
First of all, DVD market is already finished. If VIP doesn’t make money, we can’t shoot.
Even when other producers release dying BD or DVD, the numbers on the media side
simply don’t grow at all, so niche content that even fan sites(1to1 act) can’t make
is likely to almost disappear.

I might finally have to start scouting for actresses myself.
This side of the business is also purely about numbers, and without numbers it’s tough.
I expect we can reach around 1,000 members, though.

Recently a huge number of AI beauty accounts have appeared on Instagram,
and they’re quite confusing.
I’m not making AI videos or images right now.
Adult content and AI video/image have a very difficult affinity.
People who don’t know about the intense rejection reaction casually say things like
“The era when AV can be made with AI is coming soon!” but I think the opposite is true.
AI adult videos and images will probably mostly disappear. Even if services appear,
I don’t think they’ll last long.

I actually set up a local AI in my room, so we could make as much as we want,
but there’s no point, so we don’t.

The lobbying by regulatory Fanza groups that are effectively trying to
force real-person content to stop is so severe that my motivation has dropped a lot.
The best thing about the AV industry used to be that
you could decide everything yourself, but that’s all disappearing.
It feels like the 1993 period is happening at the major companies now.
The most unfortunate ones are the shops, but they have no say in production,
so there’s nothing they can do.
