お盆です。たんつぼ2.0の動画を公開しました。


好評ならまた美咲さんに来てもらおう

制約受けないので、撮りやすいのがありますが
出てくれる人がいないという。コロナの影響ですかね
お盆はAV業界は正月より休みが長いのですが、ここ数年は長めかも
えげつない写真ができてきたのでお付けしています。


出てくれる人はいるのですが、決済が復旧したばかりで思うように伸びていないので
DMCR44あたりか、DLで何か出そうか考えています。
ライブも悪くないのですが、ライブだけで組むのもコストがかかって大変なので
資金がいるのは変わらない。
DVDに代わる商材がなかなかない。
問屋が昨年だけで3軒なくなっているので、メディアが冷え込んでいるのは
事実と思います。AmazonもアダルトDVDは大幅縮小していくので
ある程度の数字を取れる人なら代わりの商材がない、というデータは正しいはずです。

更新をこまめに作っているので、差し替えしたりプログラム変えたりしているので
目に見えるようなことはやってないです

そろそろ電気関係が忙しくなる
有資格者限定となると今は人がいないから、
半年前とか抑えが入るのでありがたいことです
電験三種で電気の知識をかなり広く扱うので
カメラや照明、スタジオの電気設備とその高圧変電、はては電柱まで幅広く
一気通貫の知識がついたので、デジタルカメラの基盤と動作、特に半導体の働きが分かり
とても役に立ちます。
バッテリーの中身は出なかった。Vとしてしか出なくて、テーマはみんな負荷だった。
ただし蓄電池とコージェネは出た。今後は蓄電設備やBEV充電設備も出るでしょう。
BEV充電は200Vじゃないとコストに見合わないのではと思うけど、どうなんでしょうか
250Vなら昇圧トランスがいる。普通はそういうことはしないので
CB引いて降圧しないとだめだから、立方体があるところでないとだめでは？
UGSから電気室経路のある立駐付きマンションなら引けるかもしれない。
工事が大変だからユニット式になってるとは思います。
まだそういう話が来てないので現物を見たことがない
ブルーカラーは稼げるとかしきりに言われますが、
私そうは思いません
稼げる場合はリスクがそれなりに伴います。
アーク感電事故なんか見たことある人はそうそうないでしょうから
わからないだけで。
ピアスしてるだけで6600感電して即死です
わかってる人は寸鉄も帯びないで、対Xmen防御みたいな生活してますね
そういう危険な面を知ってしまうと、だれかれ構わずやるといいですよ、とは
言えないなと。
私は知人つながりなんで触る都合上取っただけで
AV業界で三種持ちは多分私しかいない。
いまだに宅建取ろうという人は多いです。
AV新法が宅建のほぼコピーなので、権利関係と印紙法はやったほうがいいですが
あまりにも使いようのない（独占できるのは35説明ができる！印鑑押せる！だけ）資格なので、
私は途中で意欲が落ちて電験三種に移ってしまった
若い女優さんは取ってもいいと思います。
ただ実務（賃貸の入居か、狭いマンション6500万で売るか、サンドイッチマンやるか）も
きついし仕入れも今は高い。
行政書士、宅建士、司法書士は女性なら、女性管理職の一定数の補充という名目で
社外役員というのが今あるので、ネームバリューを生かすといいでしょう。
中野美奈子さんなんかがこれでやってます。家は建たないが、結構もらってますよ
チンカン士は民泊一斉禁止の流れになったので、今後どうなるか？易化するなら受けてもいいか
電工一種は実務経験（電柱登って電線組んだ）がないと免許くれないので、そもそも取らなかった。
暑いし下手に6600電線触ると危ないわ

ただ電気外部委託業界はAV制作ととても似てるところがあって
まれにビルメンで1，2名女性がいる
あちこちの珍しい場所に行く
てっぺんごえ（夜勤）がある
朝早くて弁当出る
エアコンがない
屋内作業も屋外作業もある
違うのは国家資格があるかないか
行政受け、銀行受けがすさまじくよい

これは国家の敵とか、下を見ろ俺がいる、とか、お前の金は汚い金だ、仕事が何か言えない
業界からするとカーストが上がった感じはします。
非にんから非がぬけたくらい扱いが違う
作業着が汚いと言われるかもしれませんが
作業着は「全裸にまとったオーラもしくは白パンツだけ」よりましではと思いますけど

Since it isn’t affected by the new law, there are some things that are easier to shoot, but the problem is that there aren’t enough people willing to appear. Maybe it’s the lingering effect of COVID?

Obon in the AV industry has longer holidays than New Year’s, and in recent years it seems even longer.

Some pretty extreme photos have come out, so I’ve attached them.

There *are* people willing to appear, but payment has only just been restored and sales aren’t growing the way I’d hoped, so I’m thinking about releasing something around DMCR44 or as a download.

Live shows aren’t bad either, but putting together a live-only event costs a lot and is a lot of work, so the need for funding doesn’t change.

It’s hard to find a product that can replace DVDs.
Three wholesalers disappeared last year alone, so it’s true that the physical media market is cooling down. Amazon is also shrinking adult DVD sales significantly, so the data that says “if you can still move a decent number of units, there’s no real alternative product” is probably correct.

I’ve been making frequent updates, replacing files and changing the program, so I’m not doing anything particularly visible.

Electrical work is about to get busy.
When the jobs are limited to licensed people, there aren’t enough workers right now, so reservations start coming in six months ahead — which is actually nice.

With the Third-Class Electric Chief Engineer license, you deal with a very wide range of electrical knowledge. It covers cameras and lighting, studio power equipment and high-voltage substations, even utility poles — a complete end-to-end knowledge base. Because of that, I finally understood the circuit boards and operation of digital cameras, especially how semiconductors work, which has been extremely useful.

Battery internals didn’t appear on the exam — they only came up as “V” (voltage). Everyone’s theme was load.
However, storage batteries and cogeneration did appear. In the future, energy storage systems and BEV charging equipment will probably show up more.

I wonder if BEV charging really isn’t cost-effective unless it’s 200 V. At 250 V you’d need a step-up transformer, which is something people normally don’t do. You’d have to pull a circuit breaker and step the voltage down, so it probably only works in places that already have a cube (transformer room). Maybe you could pull it in condominiums that have an underground garage with a path from the UGS to the electrical room. Because the construction is difficult, I assume they’ve switched to unit-type systems. I haven’t seen any actual equipment yet because no such jobs have come my way.

People keep saying blue-collar work pays well, but I don’t really think so.
When it *does* pay well, it comes with corresponding risks.
Not many people have actually seen an arc flash accident, so they just don’t understand.
With a piercing, a 6,600 V shock can kill you instantly.
People who know this live almost like they’re defending against X-Men — they don’t wear a single piece of metal.
Once you know those dangerous aspects, you can’t casually tell everyone “You should do it too.”

I only got the license because of connections through acquaintances and the need to handle equipment.
I’m probably the only person in the AV industry who holds the Third-Class Electric Chief Engineer license.

A lot of people still want to get a real-estate license.
The new AV law is almost a copy of the real-estate law, so studying rights and the Stamp Tax Act is useful, but the qualification itself has almost no practical use (the only monopolies are being able to do the 35 explanations and stamp documents). I lost motivation halfway and switched to the electric license instead.

Young actresses might as well get it.
But the actual work (handling rental move-ins, selling cramped 65-million-yen apartments, or working as a sandwich-board person) is tough, and acquisition costs are high right now.

For women, administrative scrivener, real-estate agent, or judicial scrivener qualifications can be useful because companies now have external director positions under the name of increasing female management numbers. You can leverage the name value. Minako Nakano is doing that kind of thing. She doesn’t build houses, but she’s making decent money.

The “chin-kan” (real-estate transaction) qualification may change because of the simultaneous ban on short-term rentals (minpaku). If the exam becomes easier, it might be worth taking.

I never even tried for First-Class Electrician because you need practical experience (climbing poles and assembling wires) to get the license. It’s hot, and carelessly touching 6,600 V lines is dangerous.

Interestingly, the electrical outsourcing industry is very similar to AV production in several ways:
- Occasionally there are one or two women in building maintenance.
- You go to unusual places all over.
- There are “top-to-bottom” night shifts.
- Early mornings and boxed lunches are provided.
- No air conditioning.
- Both indoor and outdoor work.

The big difference is whether or not you have a national qualification.
Reception by government offices and banks is dramatically better.

Compared with an industry that gets called “enemy of the state,” “look down, I’m here,” or “your money is dirty money / you can’t even say what your job is,” it feels like the caste rank went up.
The treatment is completely different — like the “non-” was removed from “non-human.”

People might say the work clothes are dirty, but I think work clothes are still better than “just an aura wrapped around a naked body” or “only white panties.”
