決済代行もどこもかしこも翌月、翌々月払いになり、
DVDだと某石川の会社が6か月先で経費思い切り好き勝手天引きするものだから
バカらしくなってやめたのもあり
早めに振り込むのはやめた。

そういった経緯でしばらくしたら別の代理店から連絡があり、
払い損になってしまったバナーの部分、お安くしていい場所をくれるというので
その条件でやることに。
そしたら東京HOTとか、カリビアンとかのバナーが全部消えていた。
ああだからいい場所をくれたのか。じゃ阿佐ヶ谷は摘発でも食らったのか？
と思いますがいまだわからない。ただその時から2chの広告から無修正サイトが消えた。

でまあ、ずいぶん長くやってたのですが、まとめサイトのアドネットワークが主流になり、
とどめはコロナ後のインフレでサーバー代が負担できなくなったとかで代理店がみんな解約されて
結果うちのバナーもなくなった。

AV新法ができてからは、アドネットワークが実写から2次元コミックに変え
インプ稼ぎのためかムナクソコマばかり出すようになって、
さらに多くのまとめサイトに出るようになった

その辺からアドネットワークがフェミからたたかれだして、
今の表現規制につながります。
アドネットワークとコミック規制にはならなかったのですが
なにぶん原油が高くなったので、印刷物はなくなる勢いですから
縦読みが主流になるかはわかりません。
コミックをAiで書いたものが受け入れられるかもわからない。
コミックが紙読みのUIだったから50年受け入れられていたのが
突然変わったら、使い勝手は悪いと思うのですが。

講談社の担当の偉い人から、
「コミックは子供が200円で読める娯楽の部分が最大の味噌で、そこを外さないようにしたい」
と言っていたので、200円で最後まで読み通させて来週に繋ぐ、という日本独自のUIができていったと考えます。
このフック、という仕組み自体はハリウッドのストーリーテリングにありますし

AV新法に慣れてきた人はすごく慣れてきたし、

結局怖いので削除した。今度こそ日本で男優をやりたい。日本語はしゃべれない。これで日本で食っていきたい。
ビザのあてはない。観光ビザでやりたい。
→まず本国でしっかり経験積んでください。慎重すぎる人にはこの仕事向いてないです。
そしたらフランスに旅行に来る女優さんとか女性がいたら紹介してほしい。
と来た。
おおむね素人男優のメンタルはこんなものです。
なので今の新規の男優さんは大体よそですでに経験した人が増えています。
まるきりの未経験の人はうちですら自らの選択ではじかれるという事態になっています。
女優さんは逆に承認欲求が強すぎて、流入が多い。
100いるうちの10が入って、90は慎重すぎてはじかれる。残った10はいったん入ったら出ない。
繰り返し呼ばれるし、おいしいところが嫌でもわかる。
それでも素人気分が抜けない人は、手慣れたころに大きなミスをやらかして
自ら業界からはじき出される、という事故を起こします。
プロの男優は基本どこに行っても自分が何者か隠します。
素人男優に限って飲み屋で、僕はＡＶ男優！えーぶいの！男優だ！。
アダルトビデオの！男優なのボク！知って！ねえ僕を知って！！これが僕！僕だよー！
と自ら開陳して自滅していきます。
かの男優山形健さんが売れ始めたときに言った言葉をかみしめてください。

人間調子に乗ったときが一番怖い。

気を付けてさえいれば男優も女優も、一回入ってしまえばもう外から入ってくる人はいないから
競争のほぼない世界でおいしい現場が回り続ける循環になりつつあります。
リスクは法律や決済だけ。コロナはもう来ないから心配しなくてよろしい。
逆にかつてはお試しでも入れたような、すこしでも慎重な人は
のきなみブロックされる状況。それぐらい面倒な法律です
今はmyfansが人気ですが、myfansで自己配信する分には簡単でも
自分がmyfansになるとか、女優男優を何人も出演させる、という事態になると
突然ハードルが上がります。
プラットフォームになるには200万ほどお金を払えばなれますが、第三者出演がとても大変。
超えられない壁が多すぎる。

第二次高市内閣改造でAV新法関連の大臣が入り込んでいます。
緩和か、強化か、組み換えか、何か起こりそうな気配。

so even though it was expensive I kept placing them. Then Tokyo Hot took all the banners,
Caribbean and others increased too, and it started to feel disgusting.
I happened to think I was doing them a favor and paid the next month’s bill early,on the 15th.
Then that ad agency in Asagaya suddenly went silent. The payment was wasted.
Payment processors everywhere also shifted to next-month or the-month-after-next payouts.
With DVDs, a certain company in Ishikawa would deduct expenses however they liked,
six months later. It was so stupid I quit that too.
That’s why I stopped paying early.

After some time with that history, another agency contacted me.
They said they could give me a cheaper good spot to make up for the banners I’d lost money on,
so I went with those terms.
Then all the Tokyo Hot and Caribbean banners were gone.
Ah, so that’s why they gave me the good spots. Did Asagaya get raided or something?
I still don’t know. But from that time on, uncensored sites disappeared from 2ch ads.

I kept doing it for quite a long time, but summary-site ad networks became the mainstream.
The final blow was after COVID, when inflation made server costs unaffordable and agencies all got cancelled.
Our banners disappeared as a result.

After the new AV law, ad networks switched from live-action to 2D comics.
Maybe to farm impressions, they started putting out nothing but irritating panels,
and they started appearing on even more summary sites.

That’s around when ad networks started getting attacked by feminists,
and it connects to today’s expression regulations.
It didn’t turn into regulation of ad networks and comics themselves, but crude oil got expensive,
so printed matter is disappearing fast. Whether vertical-scroll will become mainstream, I don’t know.
I also don’t know whether comics drawn by AI will be accepted.
J-Comics were accepted for 50 years because the UI was paper reading. If that suddenly changes,
I think usability will be bad.

A senior person at Kodansha once said,
“The real essence of comics is that kids can read them as entertainment for 200 yen. We don’t want to lose that.”
So I think Japan developed its own UI: let them read all the way through for 200 yen, then hook them into next week.
That hook mechanism itself exists in Hollywood storytelling, and this blog has “read the rest” too.
On X, “if you do this, ***” and “the thing is…” are hooks.

I wanna try new ad anyway.

About an actor,
People who have gotten used to the new AV law are *very* used to it. People who aren’t used to it,
like new male actors, are too cautious and never get called. Polarization is advancing.
The other day, through a friend in France, I got a message from someone who wanted to work as a male actor in Japan.
The content was : he wanted to be an actor while traveling in Japan.
He’d had a chance to do it in France but was scared, tried to make his own page,
then deleted it because he was scared.
Now he really wants to do it in Japan. He doesn’t speak Japanese.
He wants to make a living in Japan this way. He has no visa prospects. He wants to do it on a tourist visa.
→ First get solid experience in your own country.
This job is not for people who are too cautious.

Then he said, if any actresses or women travel to France, please introduce them.

That’s roughly the mental state of amateur male actors.
So among new male actors now, more and more already have experience elsewhere.
Even at our place, complete beginners are getting screened out by their own choices.
Actresses are the opposite: too much desire for recognition, so inflow is high.
Out of 100, 10 get in, 90 are too cautious and get screened out.
The remaining 10, once they’re in, don’t leave.
They get called again and again, they understand the good parts.
The ones who still can’t drop the amateur mindset pull a big mistake
once they get comfortable and eject themselves from the industry.

Professional male actors basically hide who they are wherever they go.
Only amateur male actors go to bars and
announce themselves:
“I’m an AV actor! A-V! I’m an actor! Adult video actor!
That’s me! Know me! Hey, know me!! This is me! It’s me!”
They expose themselves and self-destruct.

The scariest time for a person is when they get carried away.

If they just stay careful, once male and female performers are in,
almost nobody new comes in from outside. It’s becoming a cycle
where good shoots keep circulating in a world with almost no competition.
The only risks are the law and payments. COVID isn’t coming back,
so no need to worry about that.

On the flip side, people who used to be able to enter even on a trial basis
— anyone even a little cautious — are blocked across the board.
That’s how troublesome the law is.

MyFans is popular now, but self-streaming on MyFans is easy.
The moment you try to *become* MyFans, or put multiple actresses and actors on, the hurdle suddenly jumps.
You can become a platform if you pay around 2 million yen, but third-party appearances are very hard.
There are too many walls you can’t get over.
